Terms & Conditions

  1. All goods delivered in the UK and abroad are dispatched via Royal Mail. For security and tracking purposes all delivery options will require a signature as proof of delivery. All items are safely packed within a package (as selected at the point of purchase). We deliver to most countries but if you are not sure whether we deliver to a particular one please check with us prior to ordering.
  2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if the item is not to your requirement, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase in their original condition together with the invoice. Please state the reason for return and if you require a refund or exchange and ensure that it is returned via a secure method either by Special Delivery or any other appropriate method. We will not be liable for the loss of these returns sent in the post by you or anyone on your behalf.
  3. All our goods are finished to the highest quality. In the unlikely event that they fail to meet these specifications, please notify us upon receipt and subject to our assessment we will be happy to offer an exchange or credit.
  4. Our products are under guarantee for one year from the date of purchase.
  5. All items on the website are in stock, unless otherwise specified.

  6. All prices include VAT at 17.5%, postage is charged separately depending on the value and destination of the order.
  7. Prices are subject to change at any time.
  8. Delivery times are as quoted but are subject to Royal Mail deliveries, we cannot accept any responsibility for delays or non delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
  9. We reserve the right to change or update these Terms and conditions, any changes will be notified
  10. Our staff will be available via email Monday-Friday. The staff will try to respond to any enquiries or queries you may have within the same day but if unavailable for what-ever reason, we will do our absolute best to get back to you within 48 working hours.
  11. We accept and process payments powered by world pay for the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo and American Express.
  12. All photography, text, design layout on the website is wholly owned by Finewear and is not to be reproduced by anyone for any benefit without prior consent.
