Q: How do I purchase a product?


A: It's really simple. Click on the product you'd like to buy and then click the shopping basket icon on the top right corner of your screen. When you are sure you'd like to go ahead with your purchase, you simply proceed to checkout by following on screen instructions.


Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?


A: We will deliver outside the UK but please be aware that cost of delivery may vary. For further details just click the delivery button link below.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?


A: We accept and process payments powered by world pay for the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo and American Express.


Q: How long do you take to deliver?

A: Delivery will depend on standard or special delivery terms. Also over bank holidays and the festive seasons please bear in mind that some deliveries may take longer than usual.

Q: How do I contact Say It With Silver?


A: In the contact us box you should see a question mark icon. If you click that it takes you to a form which will be waiting for you to fill in. Once you have sent that off to us we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible (usually within a working day or so).


Q: Can I check the status of my order?


A: Once you have given your payment details we will e-mail you a confirmation that we have received the correct payment and you will also receive your receipt by e-mail or post (subject to your choice at checkout). If you want your order sent to some one else we will send the receipt separately to you.


Q: When I order a gift can it be delivered to a separate address?


A: Yes is the answer. Once you have chosen the gift you want to purchase, you will be filling your personal details out in the payment section and there will be an option for delivery address. Fill in the delivery address to where you want the gift to go and that is where we will have it delivered.
